Scout Fair Antique

Privacy Policy

Scout Fair: Antique is your flea-market field book — booth finds, maker marks, provenance lines, and fair-day wish lists on your iPhone. This page explains what we may access, what stays in your private hunt log, and what we never pass to auction advertisers or antique-data brokers.

Last updated August 19, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Scout Fair: Antique mobile app on the Apple App Store and to public pages hosted on this domain. It is written for collectors using the app and visitors reading this page.

Information

Scout Fair: Antique does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, dealer license, or payment card for core scouting tools.

Item titles, maker marks, booth numbers, and provenance notes you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.

Remote Content

When the app opens optional public material — for example a linked page — it may load that content from a public URL. Those pages are generic; nothing from your private hunt log is sent upstream.

Photos

If you attach find photos or label snaps, Scout Fair: Antique may request camera or photo library access only when you choose to import. Contacts, microphone, and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.

Device

Finds and lists stay in on-device storage. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.

Hosting

Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and any public routes on this domain. They may retain traffic logs needed for security and uptime under their own practices.

Minors

Scout Fair: Antique is meant for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact App Store support if a minor saved data by mistake and we will help clear it where we can.

Retention & Security

Entries you keep in Scout Fair: Antique remain under your control on your device. Delete finds in-app or uninstall to wipe local storage.

We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat provenance notes like a locked fair ledger, not a public catalog.

Your Choices

Leave Scout Fair: Antique whenever you choose. Revoke photo or network access in iOS Settings for a tighter offline hunt pad where supported.

Updates

We may revise this policy as Scout Fair: Antique evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.

Contact

Privacy questions about Scout Fair: Antique may be sent through the App Store support channel or the developer contact on the product page.
